Create custom objects and associate then to ticket fields

What’s the easier way to create custom objects and their respective web
interface and after that, associate then to a ticket custom field, e.g. a
detailed customer object (social number, average income, zip code, general
interests) with their CRUD interface ?

the simple way that may be not enough for you is to use groups as
“customers” with groups customfields and set them as Cc or requestor of
the ticket. You can also create a new role on tickets (standard ones are
Requestor, Cc, AdminCc, you can add “Customer” with few lines of code).

you may also play with using special ticket types (you know there is
already plain ticket typem approval and reminder types) and use it as
new object that you may after link to tickets the standard way.

example on how to do that.
