Create a new call request

Hi,

in the create new call request how can i stop the full users list being displayed in the Owners combobox i only want
a specific user to be displayed as all communication goes through this person
although i dont want to remove the right to own a ticket as this person will in turn
reassign the ticket to a specific group of people.
im not sure where all the sql commands happen for accessing the database can anybody enlighten me
i know that the file create.html is where this page is displayed from
and the file SelectOwner in turn passes everybody in Users table of the database back out.

You could create a seperate queue, that this one person could have
OwnTicket on and re-assign to other queues when the time comes.
