Could't not login through web interface

Good Day,

I installed RT 5 on fresh Centos 7.9.2009 with PostgreSQL version 9.2.24
Installation went OK (mainly according CentOS7Install - Request Tracker Wiki) until I started web interface and won‘t be able to login.
Now I have a web interface that won’t accept the user /password combo. I tried login as root and rt_user with no success.
Could please somebody help me with this as I have no idea what to do in this case.

Is This a brand new RT, as in default root user login is still in place?

Thank you for answer. Yes it is a brand new RT5 install. What is default root login? I created user root in Pg but I can see in RT5 database users table there is another root (superuser) with hashed password.
