Couldn't create a role group of type 'AdminCc'

Hi,

My RT 4.4.1 was running fine around 1 month back. Now, when I am trying to create a ticket, getting an error as below:
Couldn’t create a role group of type ‘AdminCc’ for RT::Ticket 1: Role group exists already
Couldn’t create ticket groups for ticket 1. aborting Ticket creation.
Ticket creation failed: Ticket with users in CC: Ticket could not be created due to an internal error

I hadn’t change anything in last one month. Now I tried to restore from backup, also I tried to reinstall mysql. But, still getting the same error. I searched on internet for this error but, no luck. Please help.

After restoring from a backup file, first ticket I am able to create but after that getting above error.

Any chance you got to solve this, got myself in similar situation after truncating Tickets and Transaction tables on MySQL RT DB.
