Correspondence to requestor/adminccc

Hey all,

There seems to be a bug in RT 2.0.2 (i also tried 2.0.4).
When the requestor is one of the AdminCC users, he doesn’t get any mail that
goes to other AdminCC users…

Is there an option to be able to receive your own transactions via mail ?

Suppose we have a@dom.com and b@dom.com as AdminCC users. When a@dom.com
sends a reply/comment… he does’t get mail from it, but b@dom.com does, is
there a way to change this ?

Thanks !

This is actually a feature.

The basic rule that RT follows is to never send an email to an actor.
This is because a) you already know about it, so you don’t need notification,
and b) you don’t need a copy for your archives because, hey, RT is your archive.

After all, why would a@dom.com want a copy bounced back to him every time he does something?

If you still thought it neccessary, I’m sure you could write a scrip to do this.
