fine! I also worked on this, but never came to an end.
For the problem with the “global” Queue references I added a disabled dummy
queue (id=0) into the Queues table, to make contraints work.

I will look soon into your SQL and see if I can add some things.

Hi all,
I found a site listing the constraints for the schema in RT. I am not sure
if its correct, but it may be helpful in some way or other.
