Constituency field error on fresh install of RTIR 3.2.0rc1 (was Re: RTIR 3.2.0rc1 Available for testing)

RTIR 3.2.0rc1 is the first release candidate of RTIR compatible with RT
4.2.

It is only compatible with RT 4.2.7 and later and will refuse to install
on earlier versions of RT 4.2.

Hi Kevin,

After a completely fresh installation of rt-4.2.8 and then RT-IR-3.2.0rc1
but get an error when using --extension with rt-mailgate to create tickets
saying:

Actually this happens even without using the --extension parameter with

Incidentally if I select the “Type:” manually through RTIR’s web UI as
"Select one value" I still get the same error in the logs and no ticket is

After a completely fresh installation of rt-4.2.8 and then RT-IR-3.2.0rc1 but

This was resolved in RT 4.2.9rc1 and RT-IR 3.2.0rc2 which was released
last week.

However, there are other issues that will be resolved in a forthcoming
rc3.
