Hello listmates,
I need to extract pretty much all the fields from my RT 4.2 DB - everything
pertaining to the tickets handled. Is there a script or web form that does
it? I have written a script that extracts some of them - but traversing the
data structures feels painful, so if a utility of this kind exists already
that would save me some time and effort.
