Finally got my mailer problems sorted but now when I try to send a comment
to a requester it does not get sent. Any ideas??

Coincidence Or What?
For the simple reason that comments are never sent to the requestor - comments are there to let you scream at everybody over how dumb the requestor is, without him getting a copy.
