Comment ticket with select individual users

Hi RT Team,

We are using RT system but i have a question about is there anyway to edit code to select all user in one shot when i don’t want to send out mail on RT comment.

Now i am selecting each user individually which is painful.

Can you use some Javascript similar to the select all/clear all
button on the bulk update screen?
