Command line RT tool, email processing

Hello,

The Wiki states that the command line RT tools is currently not savvy
about custom fields, and this seems to be the best way to allow some
of our systems the ability to create tickets based on the contents of
an email. Has this changed?

Does anybody have any general recommendations as to how to use the
contents of an email message to create a ticket?
