Combobox not rendered and working correctly

Hello,

In my bulk update page, the Combobox type CF are not rendered correctly.
Also if I choose the value in badly rendered field and try to update it,
nothing happens.

Hello, was this fixed? I only need a commit for this fix.

I see no branch tied to that ticket, which will happen whenever
someone pushes a branch to fix it.
