i’m currently planning to use a requesttracker queue for mailman list-owner aliases. Since I do not want to have a queue per mailinglist i need to put the information about the mailing list into the ticket (maybe subject)
I’ve configured the Mailrouting as the following:
-owner suffix -> mailman -> listmaster queue in rt
Sadly I do not have any clue how to alter an ingoing ticket to contain the information about the mailing list. Do you have any pointers for me?
