we are using RT 3.8.7 and one user was saying he can see (inside any queue) his username (when he is an owner) and email address (when he is a requester) in green and all the other names in black, while when I look at the same page I see all owners and requesters in black including myself. how was he able to change his settings to see himself in green? I looked at Preferences but I am not able to find any color coding settings.
