Closing tickets via email

Hi All,
I’ve done some googling but can’t seem to find an answer to the following.
I’m running RT2 and I wondered is there a way I can resolve a ticket via
email? i.e. not logging into the web interface?

I don’t think you looked hard enough. it’s in rt/fm, and get’s covered
on this mailing list about once a month.
