Clearing the Activity by preserving the structure

I want to clear out all the requests without loosing all the queue
configs, groups, etc…

Would it be as simple as truncating the links, tickets, and transactions
tables?

…Man had always assumed that he was more intelligent than
dolphins because he had achieved so much… the wheel, New York,
wars, and so on, whilst all the dolphins had ever done was muck
about in the water having a good time. But conversely the dolphins
believed themselves to be more intelligent than man for precisely the
same reasons.

Off the top of my head, yes. There might be another table or two.

While you’re truncating things, how about truncating your signature?
It’s longer than your message and my reply combined.

Note also that the groups, groupmembers and cached groupmembers have a
bunch of ticket-related data in them.

Sorry bout that. That sig was put there last week as a little dig at one of
the VPs. I didn’t realize outlook would send all that if I sent email
through a different server other than exchange.

Oh yeah, VeriSign put in Sitefinder, not us. We hate them as much as you
guys.
