I search a solution for clean all user older than 6 months with no ticket of ref.
I tried with rt-shredder but option LastUpdated > ‘6 months ago’; is not implemented
rt-shredder --plugin “Users=no_tickets,1;status,any;replace_relations,666” --force --sqldump /tmp/rt-shredder.sql
Have you a idea or any solution for extract all users with no tickets older than 6 months ?
