Choose the right condition in scrip

Does anyone tell me how to make a scrip in which:
action = NotifyOwner ;
condition = the requestor has made a reply to his ticket (for example
replying to ticket’s owner reply to give him more information about the
request).

No custom condition works fine.

What does ’ condition = User Defined ’ mean?

on corresopndence is the check if somebody sent a mail to an existing
