Changing the ticket statuses shown on the SelfService screen

Hi there

Is the listing of tickets on the self service screen based on a saved
search that can be changed as with other saved searches, or is it
contained in a perl file somewhere I need to edit?

We added some custom statuses to our RT install and it works fine with the
normal RT at a glance searches, but using them makes the ticket vanish
from the SelfService screen
