Hello All!
Just a quick question. I am attempting to change the logo in RT to one I’ve
created and am having some difficulties. I’ve edited the logo file in
/html/elements to the path of my image (which I’ve placed in
/html/NoAuth/images) and it will not display. Any suggestions?

You have probably already do this, but…
Did you remember to:
-Stop and restart apache
-Clear mason cache
-Reload in browser
-Possibly clear browser cache
