Hi,
I’m letting RT automicly reply on each incoming requesting e-mail giving
out the ticket number.
I can’t seem to change the name corresponding to the email adres. The mail
always comes form “Request Tracker”.
How do I change this.
It’s probably trivial but I somehow cant find it.
