Hi,
What is the best way to change the work flow based off of the severity of an incident.
For example, if an incident was created with a Sev 1 -> Watchers = Watcher 1, Watcher 2, Watcher 3
and for a Sev 2-5 -> Watchers = Watcher 4, Watcher 5, Watcher 6
