Hey all,
When someone replies to a ticket in RT, the “From” says “Name via RT” - can we
change this to be “Name via domain.com”?
I thought this would be under Templates, but it only includes a subject and
not the From line. I checked the manual, but was unable to find it. Any
pointers would be much appreciated.

This isn’t where you think it is. You can find it in
/lib/RT/Action/SendEmail.pm
There’s even a nice Todo comment about this being site configurable 
Make sure you stop and restart your web server after changing this file.
