Running RT on FreeBSD, it is necessary to change the ‘root’ group on line
242 of the Makefile to ‘wheel’, as there is no group called ‘root’.
Also, the Makefile doesn’t seem to treat special characters in
DBADMIN_MYSQL_PASS very well. This is a bit disturbing to those of us who
choose good passwords ;). But not a big deal; I can just change the
password to something innocuous for the short amount of time that RT needs
it.
