Change priority

Can I change priority in the RT, for example:

¶Priority 1 has a greatter importance than priority 10

I’m pretty sure RT itself doesn’t pay any attention to these numbers,
so you can put whatever meaning you like there. You may run into
problems if you’re using and of the autoescalaton stuff.

I took the file

rt3/share/html/Elements/MyTickets

and put a copy in

rt3/local/html/Elements/MyTickets

then I changed the 2 lines of Order to

                                                        Order => 'ASC',
