Change language/text in email

Hello,
Is it possible to change the text from the e-mails ?
Now when a new ticket is created, a mail is sent to the requestor but it is in English and I need it to be in another language (Dutch).
If so, where can I change it ?
The dashboard is already dutch but the e-mails are not.

RT doesn’t auto-translate the emails, they’re available for you to
customize in Admin -> Global -> Templates. You want the Autoreply
template from your description.
