Cc On Change of Queue

Lets say I have two queues, called general and tetra.

There is a watcher on general, and a ticket comes than should really be
queued in tetra queue. If the ticket is moved, the cc or watcher on the
queue tetra doesn’t find out that a ticket has been logged under the tetra
queue.

Could anyone point me in the direction of a resolution to this problem
please?

Once you’ve got the action you can create scrips using it like you would
for any other action.
