CC disappears

Hello, we just upgraded to RT3 from RT2 and first of all I want to
say thanks for the smooth upgrade process. It worked great.

This may be a change between the versions, but one thing we’ve
noticed is that users do not get an email when posting a reply with
the web interface. Is there a way to change this to also send
an email?

You should look into Scrips area. Especialy notifications.
