Carbon Copy ( Cc:) Problem With RT 2.0.14

Hi,

Anyone seeing a problem with the CC: option in RT version 2.0.14? A response
goes to the creator, but if I try to reply to the creator and have a CC or
BCC , the mail somehow doesn’t reach the CC or BCC-ied person(s).

Any help in this regard will be appreciated.

Do you have global-scrips:

OnComment NotifyOtherRecipientsAsComment with template Correspondence
OnCorrespond NotifyOtherRecipients with template Correspondence

I had the same problem with OnCreate, for some reason at ticket creation
time CC doesn’t appear to be processed, but is added to the ticket as a
CC watcher (and then ticket resolves do go out).

Any ideas about that?
