Can't use OR in Query Builder

hi, I am not able to add an OR clause to my queries. Specifically, I need
to be able to specify a query where the tickets exist in either QueueA or
QueueB. The QueryBuilder inserts an “AND” everytime ignoring my “OR”
selection.

Without this I cannot generate any reports.
