Can't locate object method "new" via package "RT::Handle"

I am quit new in this rt-things. When I try to use rtadmin i get the following Fault.
Can’t locate object method “new” via package “RT::Handle” at /usr/local/rt2/lib/RT.pm line 26

What do you have $DatabaseType set to in config.pm?
