Can't locate object method "header_out"

I’ve installed RT 3.7.26 and RTIR 2.3.17 on a Debian 4.0 system with
Apache2 server.

The RT bit seems to work OK, but I go to RTIR, I get “Can’t locate
object method “header_out” via package “Apache2::RequestRec” at
/opt/rt3/share/html/dhandler line 53.”

I presume this is some package missing or version mis-match, but I
cannot tell which!

Any ideas?

I’ve fixed this! I needed RTIR in upper case in the URL!

But now, I get the RTIR home page, but when I click on an incident
report I get the RT view and not and RTIR view.

Confused!
