Can't create ticket: using 2.1.41

Hi,

I’m a recent convert to RT. Thanks for the great product. I was really
excited to try out the latest custom ticket field feature so I installed
2.1.41 but I’m running into a problem. When I try to create a ticket I get
the following:

Known issue, but you really want to be talking about rt 2.1.x on
rt-devel, not rt-users. I expect that this will be fixed in 2.1.42,
which should be out sometime in the next 72 hours.
