Can't add unprivileged users to queue

A basic question after my 1st setup of rt5 on debian bullseye. I cannot add a unprivileged user to a queue. The autocomplete input field only suggest privileged users.
Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

When you say “add a unprivileged user to a queue” do you mean give them rights to that queue to do things like see comments, add custom field values, etc? In which case you want them to be privileged.

Thanks for the hint. Now I read the text “Let this user be granted rights (Privileged)” correctly.
