Hi all,
I’m usin RT 3.4.1 on Debian/Sarge with MySQL and Apache.
I have this error when creating a new ticket with an attached file.
“Update type was neither correspondence nor comment.”
And the file is not in the history.
When I reply to this same ticket and add the missing file, I have no
error and the file is in the history.
How can I resolve this problem ?
Is there some riht I missed ?
