Cannot add incidents in RTIR 1.1.2

When Trying to add new incidents via the web gui, I
get the following error:

Incident creation failed: Function must be set.

In looking at my apache error log, it seems that the
following is spit out:

Trying to check RT::CustomField rights for an
unspecified RT::CustomFiled
(/opt/rt3/lib/RT/Principal_Overlay.pm:377)

Any ideas?

Did you set the Function field? That’s a required field.
