Can RTFM 2.0 RC2 only be used by privileged users?

The newest RTFM (2.0RC2) installer does not install anything to
SelfService. If an unprivileged user logs into RT, there is no tab, which
redirects him to RTFM.

Even if he tries to load an URL under RTFM/FAQs.html which we provide on a
help tab, he will become redirected to his RT start page.

For now I doubled some pages and Elements from RTFM to SelfService/RTFM to
cope with this, but the questions remains, if in the final version there
will be again (it was in previous versions!) a selfservice interface for
RTFM?

Regards,
Dirk.

Correct. The SelfService stuff wasn’t quite as ready for primetime as
the rest of RTFM. So it got moved out to the “2.1” branch. Once we get
2.0 out, we’ll start work on 2.1-2.2
