Can a ticket have more than one owner?

I know the web interface doesn’t support it, but
is RT designed to limit the ticket to one owner?

Also, can a ticket be owned by a group? Again,
the web interface doesn’t suport it but…

$Ticket->Requestors returns an RT::Group object.
If a ticket could have only one owner wouldn’t
$Ticket->Requestors return an RT::User?
