Call report for the day it was resolved

I need a report per user that shows the result by the day the ticket was resolved; currently, the system tells me the time in weeks it took for the ticket to be resolved.

How do you deliminate the users? Based on owner or another role on the ticket?

The filter is based on the owner’s call.
