working on a new installation of RT version 3.5.5 on redhat linux, perl
5.8.6, apache 2, mod_perl2 using Oracle. I am trying to execute a bulk
update on multiple tickets and see that I does not work. Anyone have
any issues trying to do this on version 3.5.5?

What do you mean by “does not work”?
Sorry for not being specific. Basically the checkboxes do not appear on
the bulk updates page. We have two instances of RT, a vanilla install
and one with customizations. The checkboxes appear on the former of the
two, so I am sure the problem lies in my local directory.
