I have a question about customizing an action in Search/Elements/BuildFormatString. Our users prefer the Resolve action to not open the comment dialog but rather just resolve the ticket immediately. I’ve made the appropriate edit to “BuildFormatString” (which is where that action appears to be defined) and placed it in the MasonLocalComponentRoot directory but it doesn’t seem to be working. Other customizations callbacks I have in there seem to work but this overlay customization appears to be getting ignored.
Is this something new with RT 4.4? Currently we’re running RT 4.0 and while the definition is in a different file in that version the customization works as expected.
Just wondering if I’m missing something.
