Bug in Selfservice/Display.html

Hello,

due to a change of the Call parameters to /Ticket/Elements/ShowHistory
there is a bug in /Selfservide/Display.html yielding to an error poge
(calling something on an undefined Object $Attachments).

Attached is a quick and dirty bugfix to this.

But the main problem is, that $Attachments => undef is default in
ShowHistory and the default yields to an error.

A good fix should make the default case working instead of patching all
calls to ShowHistory throughout the source though.
