Oops, just posted this as a reply to somebody else… OK, here we go:
I just installed rt on a FreeBSD box (having previoulsy used it on Linux)… it appeared to install OK, I made a dummy queue, when I tried to create a request in the queue I saw this in the ‘comment’ box:
The specified template is missing or inaccessable.
(/usr/local/rt/etc/templates/queues/friday/web_create)
However, the custom content which was supposed to fill the template was:
any clues?
