I was wondering if someone could tell me where the bps request-tracker
instance is (or can be accessed?) for checking against known bugs in
rt/rtir?
rt3.bestpractical.com, which I remember being correct at some time in
the past, just puts up a blank page.
I’ve searched the archives/bps web pages to no avail.
