I took over maintenance of a RT 4.4.0 installation and we are having
issues with a plugin
(https://github.com/MarkHofstetter/RT-Extension-BounceEmail) that is
supposed to bounce messages.
the bounced email has the mail address of the RT installation as
sender instead of the ticket requestor.
it works with plain text mails but not with text/html mails.
any help is appreciated
