Boilerplate responses; controlling RT via email

  1. Is there anything I can do within RT that would make it easy to
send a boilerplate reply to a frequently asked question? At the very
least, I would like to be able to respond to a ticket using a
    template via the web UI.

  2. Can I control RT via magic tags in email responses? I would like
to be able to write something like “State: closed” in an email
response and have RT close the ticket, without having to go through
    the web UI.

A: Because it reverses the logical flow of conversation.
Q: Why is top posting frowned upon?

Competition is a by-product of productive work, not its goal. A
creative man is motivated by the desire to achieve, not by the desire
to beat others.
