Over the weekend I started getting blank tickets in RT.
Actually the ticket creation is completely normal but there is nothing in the
history part of the ticket. I get the requestor and all the other info in the
other sections but nothing in the history part of the ticket. So I assume
this has something to do with the Attachments table.
Im using ext3 which should allow for files up to 2TB, the Attachments.MYD file
is 4GB right now. I did not see anything related to file size but figured I
would ask. I looked for file size issues related to Mysql and RT2 but did not
Also on a separate note how would you archive old tickets and still be able to
search through them. I currently have about 25000 tickets in my database.
