Blank Emails?

Hello RT Users!

I am having a rather strange problem. When I send a reply to a ticket,
occasionally the email that the customer receives is blank, although in
the support system it is fine and I can see the text?

When I reply again, and BCC myself, it works…

Any thoughts?

What version of RT are you using? Are these users yahoo webmail users?
It’s a known bug we fixed quite a while ago.

It’s the latest version from the Debian stable tree - 3.4.1. Can’t say if
they are all yahoo addresses but I will check.

At the moment I am saving copies of the messages at smtp time to see if it
is RT or the mail system!

Thanks. I have now upgraded to 3.4.5. I don’t suppose anyone is
maintaining Debian packages for Sarge?

The primary maintainer ( Stephen Quinney ) is dropping out and it looks like the new fellow will be Andrew Stribblehill.
