Bizarre issue

I just upgrade to RT version 1.0.3 from version 1.0.2

Everything went fairly seemlessly except for one issue.

Now, when you email my queue (in this case support@oanet.com) and a
technician replies to it, no email is sent to the user. However, when the
email is originally sent, the user does get the confirmation.

/var/log/maillog doens’t show anything being recorded as for the email
attempting to be sent (neither does /var/log/messages)

RT is currently running on FreeBSD 3.2 /w sendmail 8.9.3
