Bit of tweaking help

Hey,

To put it simply, where should I be looking to change the type of
creates/updates that are sent to the different levels of requestors?

For example, To: (the requestor) can get new tickets/closed tickets/etc,
whereas CC: acts differently (I recall an email explaining what exactly
CC got, but can’t find it at the moment).

Basically I want CC: to get a few more updates than it normal does (i.e.
ticket creation), but not sure where I should be looking to make the
modifications.

Configuration->Queues->name->Scrips

I’m finding the Actions listed aren’t specific enough, which is why I
want to alter the current ones to suit my needs.

For example, I want anyone CC’d on the ticket creation to be notified of
JUST creation and resolution of tickets. Its this bit of code which
says who to send to that I’m looking for. Any ideas?
